Your information will then be deleted assuming (i) you are current with all payment obligations; (ii) Sapphic Central does not believe it is reasonably necessary to keep such information for any pending legal action; and (iii) we are under no other legal obligation to retain such information. Change of company status
In the event of Sapphic Central either being sold, going into receivership or merging, we reserve the right to continue to market your data to third parties in accordance with the latest preferences you have provided.

Voluntary information
We may ask for further information about you as part of the subscription service, online surveys or if you enter any competition or other promotional feature. This information will be used to enable us to improve our product or service and may also be disclosed to other companies as specified in the relevant promotion.

Children
